What Causes Red Rashes And Hives After Using Hair Removal Cream?

Hi doctor ,today i used fem hair removal cream for dry skin on my hand . After the wash i observed some rashes kind of then a cream was been provided with it i used that too then every thing was back to normal. But now again their are some rashes and my hand seems to be red and rash hives .please do help me. Should i use dexipan cream .

Welcome to HCM.
This is due to allergic reaction due to the cream..you should stop the cream now..use some steroid oinment and antihistaminic tablet.
