What Causes Red Rash On Testicle, Penis And Inner Thigh?

I have a red rash between my groin and inner thigh it also has red dots around it, and going towards the center of the rash it gets dark, i also have red bumps on my testicles and penis, and ive had boils just right above my penis. im not sure what it is.

I really appreciate your concern, what the history of boils, rash, given here it could be due to some infection and it may be associated with allergic disorders I would suggest "Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day for 7days and 'Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg' three times in day keep the area clean hope this information helps.
