What Causes Red Pimples On Inner Thighs?

There are several small red bumps on my inner thighs. They look like pimples, but are solid and cannot be popped. They are not painful or itchy or uncomfortable in any way, just unsightly. I noticed them about three weeks ago, and they have since multiplied from two to six. Should I be worried?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having folliculitis on groin.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
