I started having dry skin on the shaft of my penis and left two little cuts and also I have small red pimples on the head of my penis. It's has gotten less red and less dry but the pimples are still there. It doesn't hurt at all but it really bothers me. I visited my doctor and he said it wasn't an std but couldn't tell me exactly what it was. He didn't give me anything to do other than keeping it clean and dry. What is this?
