Hi Dear,

Symptoms of red lines around legs and under armpits seems to be due to infection of hair follicles leading to folliculitis.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply topical antibacterial ointment such as mupirocin. Take Multivitamin supplements. Apply Adapalene gel once at night. Apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day.If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
