I would advise you the following: Get a consultation of a General Surgeon to have a clinical evaluation, examination and get an order for further investigations like: Tests of blood, urine and stool to get the proper lab reports. Ultrasonography of the abdomen and whatever further tests may be required on the basis of clinical evaluation and the reports of the basic investigations to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
