What Causes Red Bumps On Tongue With Cough And Sore Throat?

I have a concern about my toungue I recently had unprotected sex with two different partners neither of them have hiv but my toungue has red bumps followed with a cough and a sore throat I m not sure if they are connected and underneath my toungue I have some pictures to show if it will help

Read and understood your query and history of unprotected sex with two different partners. You developed cough, sore throat and red bumps on tongue.
These may be connected by means of too intimate and you getting these from whether of them as a respiratory tract infection.

I would advise you the following:
Consult your Physician, get appropriate tests done after clinical evaluation and get properly treated.
Take care, always have protected sex .
