What Causes Red Bumps On Testicle Area?

I have red bumps on my testicle area,they look like blood blister.i had double hernia surgery about 7 years ago. The veins are purple in testicles and around the scaring of hernia scares.i sometime have pain from scares to testicle area.they put that mess in when they did surgery.does this sound like two different things or can it be connected and what do you think this could be?

Well come to HCM
If this is mess being placed there then this could be painful and sometime this need to be removed, if the pain and discomfort increases then this better to go for clinical examination, blister that you have noticed may not be due to this (mess)could be something else, you can apply Povidone iodine ointment on this, if this does not improved then this need to be clinically examined, take care, have a nice day.
