What Causes Red Bumps On Skin?
I have a red bump with a red ring around it on the inside of my elow and a red bump with no ring on my forearm but its not the first spot it started 3 weeks I got 3 bumps at one time it felt like someone pinched me on my forearm then I got a red spot on the outer side of each of my elbows then one on the back of my upper arm 3 on my back and one on my shoulder no one else in my house is being affected is it a bug bite or is it something on my skin
