What Causes Red Bumps On Legs?

I noticed this morning when I woke up that I have small red bumps only on my legs from my feet to my upper thigh on both legs and it doesnt hurt or itch but it looks like some kind measles or small pox ??? i really do not know what this is IF I WANTED TO PAY I WOULD HAVE WENT TO A REAL DR

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is papular urticaria or insect bite hypersensitivity.You should try to use mosquito nets as much as possible. Topical mild steroid cream like mometasone can be used along with oral antihistamines like fexofenadine. Regards.
