What Causes Red Bumps And Itchiness On Back?

About once every month-2 months I get really itchy on my back. Just below my bra, under my bra and just above it. They are raised bumps. Small. Reddish white. I ve been suffering like this for a few years now. Just wondering if u could possibly know a few ideas to what it could be. Taking an allergy pill seems to help. I ve used the same detergent for years and I do not put soap on my back or lotion as I can t reach it
