What Causes Red Blotchy Patches On The Arms?
I have had red blotchy patches only on the tops of my back arms when I get hot it seems to get inflamed. Lately it is becoming increasingly worse and staying constantly before it used to come and go it s been probably 2 to 3 years now but it hasn t bothered me until recently
