Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain red blisters over the gums can occur due to a few common conditions like Canker sores, allergic reaction to any medication or food, cold sores caused by Herpes simplex virus..

You should consult an Oral physician and get evaluated to get ruled out for the exact cause by getting a clinical examination done and he can take a detailed medical history and any laboratory investigations if required and can treat you according to the confirmatory diagnosis..

DO not get panic as all the above mentioned conditions are treatable and you can very well get your problem resolved..

Hope this information helps..
