What Causes Red And Itchy Scrotum?
I have a really really itchy red scrotum (balls) it also feels like little insects are biting them also it looks like little clear liquid on them but also dry at the same time and if I touch them it really burns my inner thigh/groin also is itchy it s been about a week now and I ve had the same sexual partner for about six months it itches like HELL and I feel really embarrassed to get a check up please help with any advice

Based on facts of you query, you seem to suffer from-
?Dermatitis? or Jocki's itch ?or it could be skin infection(streptococcal) or it could be from Herpetic rash.
Treat it after Consults from dermatologist who would treat it -Steroid cream with antifungal and or / antibioitics / Antihistaminics / anti-inflammatory,as need be.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of itching of the scrotum and near the groin with sensation of little insects biting and clear liquid flowing. This has been for about a week now and and have the same sexual partner for 6 months.
The history is indicative that you might be suffering seborrhoic dermatitis or scabies or fungal infection.
I would advise you the following:
Clean the area with plain water as frequently as possible, do not use soap.
Apply liquid povidone iodine to make the skin sterile.
Once dried see whether this is suggestive of scabies or fungal or so.
If required consult your Physician to get the correct diagnosis and treatment and reference for the Dermatologist is required for second opinion.
stop applying any other things as this changes the character and make a proper diagnosis by the Doctor difficult.
If your sexual partner is also suffering, get her treated to.
