What Causes Recurring Sharp Pain Below The Navel During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 27 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Out of nowhere I work I started getting a sharp pain about 1 inch below my belly button and to the right about 1 inch. It hurts to make any sudden movements, to walk, etc. Baby is still moving like crazy but when she hits that spot it really hurts. It feel like a stitch pain but is constant. I can t feel it when I am sitting still but the second I move, it s still there. Is this normal??
