What Causes Recurring Severe Pain In Left Part Of Head?

hi i am 46 old man , i remember that from 11 of my age i am suffering from headache in a left part of head , it is not happened regularly ,sometime it is 20 or 15 days in a year or two years this pain for one or two hours in a day but it is very siviour plz give me some remedy for it

Hemi cranial Headache is usually Migraine. You should look for food triggers or lack of sleep and avoid it. The best remedy is to sleep it out. Take Paracetamol 650mg with Tab Domperidone to cut the Nausea and sleep for 3-4 hours. It the pain does not go away then you should consult a Neurologist.
