General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The recurrent pain in neck, lower back and vomiting sensation indicates spondylosis issue most likely causing nerve compression with secondary pathways initiating vomiting sensation. In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I do recommend X-ray of the cervical spine as primary tool of evaluation in such instance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
