Hi
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms can be caused.by several conditions like cistitis, orchitis, epididimitis or even inguinal hernia.
In these circumstances an abdomen and testicular ultrasound , an complete blood count and Proteine C reactive test are necessary to deduce the cause of your pain.

I suggest to consult physically a local urologist for the right diagnosis and treatement.

Hope this helps.
Take care
