What Causes Recurring Miscarriages?

hello sir i got aborted 2 times 1.first abortion at 5 weeks 2.second abortion at 8 weeks why these two are happened to me my blood group is o- and ma husband group is b+ 2nd time competely i took bed rest and take injections also. purbegin 5000 iu weekly once,sustain 200 weekly twise. doctos suggest to go for boh profile test when will i take that test

Welcomw to HCM.

I can well understand the issue with your previous pregnancies and hope this time it goes quite well.

We usually go for a Triple test to determine fetal well being. The Triple test is performed between 16-18 weeks of gestation, to see the levels of AFP, ESTRIOL and hCG. If this test shows abnormal results, then FoetaL Ultrasound is advised. Whta we see on ultrasound? The fetal development at this time and mother's provided dates are both in cohorence and going side by side (i.e fetus ia as normal as it has to be in this week of gestation). If some issues seen, we may go for Amniocentesis Testing in which cells are taken from the fetus and we test it for any abnormalities.
