What Causes Recurring Itchy Rashes On The Hands?

Hi, my question is about skin allergies allergies I tend to get rashes mainly on my hands itchy from being out in the sun I don t seem to get the rest straight away it s more like 2 to 3 days after The rash seems to last anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks if not scratched I ve done a little bit of research myself and thinking it s something to do with beta carotene disorder maybe ?
