Hello and welcome.

Your symptoms either match vertigo or postural hypotension. Vertigo with a clear MRI is good news and so I am happy you do not have any serious ailments.

Speak to your doctor about 2 things:

1. Initiation of medications containing betahistine

2. Checking you blood pressure in dofferent postures (e.g. check blood pressurw while sitting, and then make you stand and immediately check blood pressure again)

Best wishes.
