General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Having frequent cold and fever is common in children and it will help mature their immune system.

The most important thing is to determine if your child is having weak immunity or anemia which make him more prone to such infection. I advise to get a complete blood count to get it further checked.

A good evaluation of his nasal cavity (for e.g. polyps) and allergy testing are also advised.

Try to give him healthy foods and make him breath fresh air (mountain, beach).

All the best!
