What Causes Recurring Fever Along With Headaches And Joints Pain?

Hi..sir I have been..diagnosed HLA -B27 positive... April 2012 ...now my age is 20 year...docter said that I had suffering from ankylosing...spondilitis...ESR observe 21 then I treated with Ezact 90 ..shelcal ct... I use this tablet 3 year about...n feel better...then my doctor refer .me rheumatology department...I consult with reumotologist may 2015...then he advised me take a MRI...then Mr finding chronic sacrolitis...then he treated me adivised stop exact 90...then started Salazar 5oo ,shelcal ct...dulane 30 ....clonatril o.5... Since I take tablet and physiotherapy.... I got better relief ...some time rectal bleeding also..occur....now 16/09/2016. I am suffering from fever.. ...fever like shivering n...joint pain...when I taken calpol 650 mg then relief in fever..then in the nyt and morning fever come again...headache n pain remain...what should I do....sir plzz advise me......waiting for ur response sir...

Hello,

As per your history, I may be due to rheumatoid arthritis.

For further assessment, I would suggest you to do anti ANA, anti CCP, X rays of affected joints after consultation.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. You may require tablet etoricoxib after consultation.

Use support while walking. Do regular physical therapy. Take calcium rich diet.
