General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of recurrent burning sensation in the body usually occurring during sleep, lasting for several minutes and leaving you feeling wiped out, sometimes accompanied by chest pain, assured not to be related to heart cath.
The commonest reasons are:
Hormonal imbalance
Diseases like malaria, typhoid or so.
I would like to advise you the following:
Get the relevant blood tests- CBC, malaria, Widal, Thyroid function tests and as decided after the clinical examination.
Watch out for any stress and/or anxiety as this too can be a cause or enhancing factors.
Clinical evaluation and examination to find the cause and treat accordingly.

I find this answer helpful
