What Causes Recurring Bouts Of Left Sided Sharp Pain In The Temple?

I have been getting eppasodes of really tense unbearable pain in the left side of my head around my temple. It had made me feel very sick and i shake when i get it. When the pain is not there my temple feels tight and the side of my head feels funny what can this be?

Avoid Caffeinated drinks, coffee, tea, chocolates and energy drinks. No alcohol and smoking as these are risk factors for deterioration of such pains.

Get yourself checked for high blood pressure too.
