When I lay down and when I bend down and turn my head to the left my head feels like I have been spinning it get the spinning sensation and eyes cloud over cannot see until spinning stops I have had a prior car wreck about a year ago damaging soft tissue in my neck

Vertigo is a symptom from asymmetry in the vestibular system due to damage to or dysfunction of the labyrinth, vestibular nerve, or central vestibular structures in the brainstem.
