What Causes Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection?

I ve had 6 UTI infections since last November. It s 2 am and I took a home test and yep--another one. Last October I had a Botox shot in my bladder for leaky bladder. If I had known that the Botox would cause UTI s I would have NEVER had the procedure. The Botox injection was the last thing my doctor tried after failure results from pills, the sling (bulking) the sling and then the Botox injection. When I was first diagnosed, they said my urethra wasn t closing. Sooooo here I am 5/11/17 with another darn UTI. Okay--who can give me good positive advice? Betcha you haven t had a question like this. My email is YYYY@YYYY . Help please.
