Hi,my name is Annette I am 44 yrs old,and last night when I payed down to sleep,I felt a very sharp pain on the left side of my chest,it was sharp and painful,but it went away quickly,this has happened off and on for a few months,and my back and left hip hurts every morning now,what is happening

In my opinion you are probably suffering from slipped disc or lumbar spondylosis.
I suggest pain killers + muscle relaxants and X Ray of back. In no relief in 10 days then consult your orthopedic surgeon.
