Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

From what you have described here it can be inferred it is a generalized disorder. A systemic problem like rheumatoid arthritis can produce such symptoms. Kindly take a ESR and RA factor test and serum uric acid and review.

Hope your doubts are cleared. If you have any doubts you can review with me.

Thank you.
