What Causes Recurrent Nightmares While On Lisinopril?

I am a 62 year old female mother of two sons. Their ages are 33 and 38. My 33 year old is married and a father of a 10 year old daughter and 4 year old son. He works full time. He came to me tonight very concerned and upset that he is having a recurring dream of me and in these dreams I am naked from the waist up. I reassured him. He does take 20mg Lisinopril daily. Is their any chance this medication could be the cause of such a bizarre dream?
