What Causes Recurrent Miscarriages?

I got two miscarriages before in 2015 April and September.After that we went to doctor.Doctor asked to do torch test.when result came doc.told there is nothing wrong in results you can try again.So we tried and I am pregnant now.In my old cases I was miscarrying in 9 weeks with 6 week growth for my baby ,no heartbeat.this time we went to another doc and doc told igg is positive.why you got pregnant without treatment.we did igg titre and value is 27 doc told no problem we will repeat after 6 weeks.today we went to doc.doc told no heartbeat and growth same 6 weeks.you will bleed soon.sac started floating.drink cinnamon water.what I have to do.help me please.

Hi i do care for your concern.
The recurrent abortion is caused due to various reasons, and one among then is TORCH infection.
regarding current conception, i would advise to consult your obstetrician and discuss with further course of management as of safe abortion.
Regarding next conception, do test such as thyroid, immunoglobulin level, complete blood profile and other such test prescribed by your doctor.
avoid stress, have a balanced healthy diet.
