What Causes Recurrent Hard Bumps Inside The Wrist?

I work in the restaurant industry, every now and then I get a bump on the inside of my wrist. It feels hard to the touch and is not reddened or painful. They will go away after a few weeks, then reappear. I have been getting them for years. What is this.

Brief Ans-Consider Maintaining on changed diet at this stage!!
Diagnosis-Nexium induced Diarrhea

Hi Dear!!Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read your query and understood your health concern.
Based on facts of you query, you seem to suffer from-
Ganglion Cysts of Wrists- which are mucus cysts from tendon sheaths of wrist tendons and could be from joint synovium.
These are non-cancerous Histiocytomas- which are Hamartomas.
They do resolve as in your case.If not need surgical removal in some cases.

Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your doctors there.

Welcome for further query in this regard if any.
Good Day!!
