What Causes Recurrent Fever Along With Headaches And Joint Pain?

I have been feeling weak and sick for two weeks. Mild fever comes and goes. Headaches are common and medium. Joint pain comes and goes. Physical activity initially helps but then causes fatigue. I get chills frequently. No trouble sleeping with a mild sleep aid. No appetite.

Hi,

First you have to examined for this fever and body pains to know is it infectious origin or auto immune causes may present like this. Till then you may use tablet Paracetamol thrice a day for five days.

Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of liquids. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
