What Causes Recurrent Facial Numbness On The Frontal Nasal Bridge?

I have had recurrent facial numbness in front of the bridge of my nose and side of face with pressure in the side of the head, progressively getting worse, had a fall four months ago in the back of the head did loose consciousness but no headaches, concerned about the pressure numbness and paresthesias in the front of my face.

Facial numbness and is indicator of trigeminal nerve lesions or neuropathy. Common causes of such symptom are idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia, trauma due to fall, herpes zoster, and tumor. You have a history of fall. Your trigeminal might have been injured due to fall.
Advice
1.     Amitriptyline 25 mg per oral at bed time daily for 15 days
2.     Methylcobalamin 500 mcg once daily per oral for 3 months
3.     Investigation – MRI of brain
