Facial numbness and is indicator of trigeminal nerve lesions or neuropathy. Common causes of such symptom are idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia, trauma due to fall, herpes zoster, and tumor. You have a history of fall. Your trigeminal might have been injured due to fall. Advice 1. Amitriptyline 25 mg per oral at bed time daily for 15 days 2. Methylcobalamin 500 mcg once daily per oral for 3 months 3. Investigation – MRI of brain Thanks
