What Causes Recurrent Episodes Of Iritis?

I am 56 year old lady. I have pain in my knees & in left wrist. I have recurrent episodes of Iritis, putting steroid eye drops. My HLAB27 is positive but my spine X-Rays are normal & no stiffness of spine. RA factor, ASO titre, CRP,Anti CPP antibody SGOT & SGPT are all normal. Is Iritis due to my joints pain problem or is there any other cause for my eye problem. Kindly advise any other tests to be done for correct diagnosis

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem, if I would be your doctor then I would advise you to stop using the steroid this will flair up the condition, instead using the antihistamine drops will be best this will be alright with this no need to go for any other investigation, take care and have nice day.
