General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Having weird dizziness is related to inner ear problems or even vestibular migraines. So, if ENT specialist confirmed vestibular migraines is due to problems of inner ear. This is the cause of vertigo.

Vertigo itself is a symptom: is a sensation of losing balance. So, continue medications as prescribed by your doctor. Get frequent follow-ups with your ENT specialist. Antihistamines like betahistine can help together with fish oil supplement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
