What Causes Recurrent Cold And Fatigue?

I m not sure why but I have gotten 3 colds already this year. One lasted for 3 weeks. I don t usually get sick at all. I want to be sure it s not something more serious. Recently I have noticed that I m tired all the time as well. Really exhausted. I think it s safe to assume the two may be connected.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Number of cold attacks can vary depending upon exposure to agents which cause or precipitate cold. There are a very large number of viruses which can cause cold apart from a host of allergens in the atmosphere. So an increased number is always a possibility. However, feeling overtly exhausted is definitely a cause for concern. It is better if you get your blood check up done for blood glucose levels and HbA1c% as well as a thyroid function test and CBC. The results will mostly get an answer. Thanks
