Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

I read carefully your question and understand your concern! Your symptoms seem to be related to a panic disorder or depression. Both these psychiatric disorders are related to the psychological stress that you have been going through lately.
For this reason, I would recommend consulting with a psychiatrist for a careful evaluation of your clinical situation. An antidepressant would help improve your situations. These drugs are really helpful against anxiety and depression.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards, Dr. Aida
