General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

Pus cell 6-8 in urine with other findings suggests infection is still there.
If you have faced repeated episodes in past means you have got recurrent UTI.
UTI usually managed through antibiotics like cipro for 7-10 days.
You can take the course till 10 days are completed.
The persisting or recurrent UTI.It may be because of kidney stones/presence of immunity lowering problems like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus/infection by resistant bacteria.
Presence of pelvic inflammatory disease can also cause burning micturation.
I recommend you to undergo
-Urine culture for drug sensitivity.Based on its reports, particular antibiotic can be selected.
-USG abdo
-Vaginal swab culture.
-Fasting blood glucose

Hope this information helps.
