What Causes Rectal Bleeding Along With Pain In Lower Abdomen And Back?

I am experiencing some rectal bleeding when I go to the bathroom. I have a history of hemorrhoids so I am not sure if this is what is causing the bleeding or not. At the same time I am feeling some pressure in my lower abdomen and some lower back pain as well. Nothing excruciating but a little uncomfortable. Should I be concerned?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having internal hemorrhoids with some infection producing bleeding and lower abdomen and back pain.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
If require go for ultra sound to rule out any le3sion in rectum or colon.
Avoid constipation.
Take laxative daily at night.
Ok and take care.
