Hello

According to report, you are suffering from hematuria(blood in urine).
Hematuria may be due to many reasons like urinary tract infection, calculus in kidneys & urinary bladder, neoplasm, trauma etc.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,RFT,LFT,ultrasound of abdomen.CT scan can be done if needed.
It is important to rule out neoplasm due to your age.
Treatment depend upon findings.
