What Causes Rashes On The Legs?

I just got home from work and removed my cloths and found that both of my legs are cover with a rash starting on my feet up to my knees on the back and front of my legs. they are red blochs and seems to want to spread . I covered both legs with cortisone cream. There is a dark red sore smaller that a dine in the center of the bloch area on each leg. can you please help me? Thank you.

I think that your symptoms are related to dermatitis.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
1)Take an oral allergy or anti-itch medication such as Zyrtec.
2Take a bleach bath.
3)Apply an anti-itch cream or calamine lotion to the affected area.
4)Moisturize your skin at least twice a day.
5)Avoid scratching.
6)Apply cool, wet compresses.
7)Take a warm bath.
8)Choose mild soaps without dyes or perfumes.
9)Use a humidifier.
10)Wear cool, smooth-textured cotton clothing.
11)Treat stress and anxiety.
