What Causes Rashes On Legs While Playing Golf?

Yes, when I play golf I often get what looks like a rash on my legs. I wa told by my dermatologist that this is a vascular condition and not a rash. Do you know what he is referring to and how I can find out more information. My e mail is YYYY@YYYY

Hi

This condition is also called golfer's rash, hiker's rash, and golfer's vasculitis.

A combination of sunlight exposure and prolonged periods of walking outdoors can causes this condition.

Elevation of the affected limb, avoiding long periods of standing, avoiding long period of sun exposure can prevent the condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
