General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
It is very less likely to see a reaction to any medication after taking it for 4-5 days. So chances are more of it being caused due to some other factor.

For your symptoms, fexofenadine hydrochloride tablet with appropriate dose can be helpful in allergic reaction. In case the symptoms persist, do visit a physician in person the get appropriate treatment depending on the history as well as general condition.

Hope this helps. Feel free to contact for any further query in the future.
