General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, as there is long term history of rashes with treatment of antifungal medication as Voriconazole ; there sounds an important consideration of various possible issues as

- recurrent fungal infection

- drug resistance

- improper medicine intake

- low immunity

- associated diabetes

- others

For further correspondence, I would suggest to undertake

- complte hemogram with wbc counts
- allergy test
- skin biopsy of the affected rash area
- HBA1c report

* Depending upon the diagnosis of the issue, the managemt guidelines different widely.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
