What Causes Rash Between The Testicles And Leg After Intercourse?

So after having sex I began to get a rash between my balls and my leg, not really being on either just the crevious inbetween the two. After useing anti-fungal cream, it would go away but then come back a week or two later, then i decided to wask everything, then using baby powder and anti-fungal cream together to help keep the area dry, then it seemed to work but over the past 3 months I have browned over skin which seems to be very dry with the pubic hair in the region being as rough as sand paper, to the point where i hurt my hand once by rubbing it in the shower. I have since lost most of the hair in the crevious area. The browned over skin seems to be dry but produce a foul smell if not washed a few times a day. When it gets bad it looks like a scar, but is washed away into a brown skin when washed with hot water. It feels like my skin is being streched in the region. Also ive noticed my underwear becoming damp, dispite me not leaking from anywhere.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on your description, it seems that you could be having fungal infection of the skin around your groin area.
Kindly use Sertaconazole dusting powder on the affected area twice daily after cleaning the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon.
Avoid wearing tight underwear to prevent friction in the area and to provide good ventilation.
Maintain good personal hygiene. Your symptoms should subside gradually.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
