Hi,

The tea contains caffeine which may cause palpitations or tachycardia. Also, check your blood pressure, check for ischemia of the heart by getting done ECG.

Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol. Avoid smoking and carbonated drinks. Use tablet Propranolol once daily for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
