What Causes Random Vaginal Bleeding,cramps And Weakness?

Hi doc, I got my regular periods on oct 22 and it ended on 27 so to say but after 4 days I see dark red blood. My husband and me did the deed on November 1st. I am not on any contraception. Got cramps. Feeling vry weak. What could be the possible reasons? Please help.

Hello dear, I really appreciate your concern. There are many possible reasons for abdominal cramps. It may be due to hormonal changes going on in your body, due to ovulation, pregnancy or may be due to fear of pregnancy. You have done sexual intercourse near the day of ovulation if you have 28 days regular cycle. So there is possibility of pregnancy. I advise you to wait for normal periods. Besides you can rule out pregnancy by using urine pregnancy testing (UPT) kit available at the pharmacy.
