I have had random sharp pains in my temples and when It hits I usually get loud ringing in my ears, blurred vision and sometimes I am confused and sometimes dizzy. It clears up within a few minutes and I am left with a strong headache for hours or all day. This has been happening every day for two weeks and no pain meds seem to help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Ringing in the ear and dizziness can sometimes be associated with meniere's disease which is condition of the inner ear.
Migraines are also another possibility.

The symptoms can also be due to conditions of other areas of the brain.

It may be best to see your doctor for an assessment. A history can determine if you have migraines.

Imaging such as a CT of scan of the brain may be needed.

I hope this helps
