What Causes Raised And Skin Colored Marks On Fingers And Inner Thigh?

Hello I have tiny horse shoe shaped skin coloured marks that resemble dry skin but are raised slightly they are smaller than half a little finger nail and are incredible itchy, but not constantly. I have them on my fingers and one on my inner thigh. I am curious at to what they might be and am scared it s some kind of bug bite. What could they be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear friend, thank you for your consultation.I have gone through your case history very carefully.I believe ,as they are very itchy and lcated both in skin and nail they can be due to some fungal infection and not bug bite.to confirm the diagnosis you can see your GP or a skin doctor.I hope your doctor after clinically examining you, will be able to treat you completely.my best wishes.thank you.
